When using navigation apps, be sure to enter the official visitor center address below. This prevents being mistakenly routed to the military base entrance:

Parking at Pearl Harbor
Parking is available onsite for $7 per day. Payment can be made through the mobile app or at kiosks located within the Visitor Center complex. Allow extra time to pay and park before unloading.
Tip: The lot can fill during peak hours (morning and mid-day). Arriving early not only helps with parking but also avoids the heaviest crowds at the USS Arizona Memorial.
Driving Directions to Pearl Harbor
From Waikiki and Downtown Honolulu (Approx. 45 minutes)
Traffic is busiest during morning and afternoon rush hours, so plan accordingly.
- Drive west on Ala Moana Blvd./Nimitz Highway or take H-1 West.
- Exit 15A, marked “Arizona Mem./Stadium.”
- Avoid the “Hickam AFB/Pearl Harbor” exit.
- Continue on HI-99 (Kamehameha Highway).
- At the 4th traffic light, turn left onto Arizona Memorial Place.
- At the base of the hill, turn right into the parking lot.
From West Oʻahu (Ewa, Kapolei, Waianae)
This route is shorter than Waikiki, following H-1 East.
- Head east on H-1 toward Aiea.
- Take exit 13A onto Moanalua Road.
- Use the far-right lane and take the “Stadium/Aiea” exit.
- Turn left at the first stoplight onto HI-99 East.
- Turn right onto Arizona Memorial Place.
- At the base of the hill, turn right into the parking lot.
From East Oʻahu (Kailua, Kaneohe)
Expect a scenic drive along H-3 West.
- Take H-3 West.
- Exit 1C toward Halawa/Camp Smith/Aiea/Stadium.
- Turn left on Kahuapaani Street, following signs for Stadium/Honolulu.
- Turn right onto Salt Lake Blvd.
- Turn left onto HI-99 East (Kamehameha Highway).
- Turn right onto Arizona Memorial Place.
- At the base of the hill, turn right into the parking lot.
From North Shore (Haleiwa, Waialua)
The drive includes HI-99, H-2 South, and H-1 East.
- Take HI-99 South, continuing onto HI-80.
- Merge onto H-2 South toward Honolulu.
- Continue on H-1 East.
- Exit 13A onto Moanalua Road.
- Take the “Stadium/Aiea” exit.
- Turn left at the stoplight onto HI-99 East.
- Turn right onto Arizona Memorial Place, then into the parking lot.
From Honolulu International Airport (10–15 minutes)
To the Visitor Center:
- From the airport, take H-1 West or HI-92 West.
- Merge onto HI-99 West toward “Arizona Mem./Stadium.”
- At the 4th light, turn left onto Arizona Memorial Place.
- At the base of the hill, turn right into the parking lot.
To the Airport from Pearl Harbor:
- Exit right onto HI-99 (Kamehameha Highway).
- Follow signs for “92 Airport” or H-1 East.
- Take the exit for the airport and follow signs to the terminals.
Important Driving Reminders
- Do not cross the Ford Island Bridge: The visitor center is just before the bridge. Only military personnel are allowed across. If you turn by mistake, security will direct you back to Kamehameha Highway.
- Accessing Ford Island Sites: Battleship Missouri and Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum are on Ford Island. Shuttles from the Visitor Center provide access.
Public Transportation
As of April 30, 2022, the westbound bus stop at Arizona Memorial (Stop #4322) is permanently closed for routes 20 and 42.
Alternative Stop: Use Kamehameha Highway/Kalaloa Street (Stop #477) for boarding and drop-off.
